Community Innovations, Inc offers private funds to income eligible homeowners for minor repairs to improve or modernize their homes and/or to remove health and safety hazards, i.e., exterminators, roof, electrical and plumbing repairs, railings, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, etc.
Read the application criteria before submitting the application. The application can be filled out and submitted online, emailed or mailed.
